Ad for a Big Easy cooker. I know nothing about it, just stumbled onto it but thought someone on the forum might be interested.

Actually, fryer oil is coming down again after reaching all-time highs. You can get Clear-fry at sams for $22 and change a jug (5gal).

Now you tell me Spur! I've been eatin expensive turkey! Seriously, I never even thought to look. The stuff about the big easy looks great. I kinda wish I had bought it now emoBang

FF the big easy is my favorite cooking tool i think. i have cooked pork shoulders, ribs, chickens, turkeys, and elk roasts in mine. they are fantastic.

If u guys have not tried cooking a turkey on the grill, like beer can chicken, ur missing out. Use the injectore and give it a try......Wonderful

i bought the big easy grill tried it out sunday cooking boston butt roast could not believe how it turned out thawing out a turkey now to cook on it this unit was new still in the box with all the warranty cards and all so far i love it

I love that thing. just be sure with your birds not to put anything with too much sugar on the outside, as it'll burn and turn black. i paint the outside of my birds with peanut oil and rub with seasonings... and usually inject with cajun injector marinades.
