Yes, 13.1. It's kinda sketchy on the weight because the guy weighed it and turned it loose. I saw a picture of it on a phone and it is a big fish but if I would have caught it, I would have used certified scales and took more pics. I know the guy and he has never failed to tell me the truth so in my opinion it probably was close if not 13.1

I got a call from one of my drivers that has fished with a guy up in Dayton. Cant remember his last name being they were draw Txes. He mentioned the fish was 13.1 pounds but i got the length and girth info and if this is the same guy...the fish is APPROX 9.50 -- 16" Girth 26.75 Length.  I'm courious to see if it is the same feller...</p>
