I have a BGE that is around 30+ years old, it is showing it's age but it still works REAL WELL. We still cook on it 1-2 times a week and have for the last 5 years. I got the egg from my grandmother who got it in the early 80's. All it needs is a new grate, you can just put expanded metal in the bottom for a grate and your good to go. We just bought an XL Primo oval so we don't need this one anymore. The egg does have a crack in it but there is no problem getting the egg up to 700 degrees. $150 Thanks, Paul
