Deer have monochromatic vision. As long as you dont move they wont see you unless your shinning or your silohuette is detected.

Any time there are firearms in the woods- modern or muzzleloading. If you bow hunt during a gun season, it is required. 500 square inches on the head and upper body. Trivia- the color hunter orange does not occur in nature. Good luck and good hunting!

Teddy showed me a trick the other day... If you carry a backpack in..drape it over the pack and on your shoulders. Wear that hat too!!

True that Deer can not see it. I have the camo Pattern and as long as you are still and down wind... No worries...

I've dropped 3 deer already just courious abought in the stand thanks for the info.

Ground hunting last Sat, I watched a guy walk down a road to his property....NOT AN INCH of Orange on. I started to give him a whistle, but thought,,,nah. 20 minutes later I shot.....I wonder if he "soiled" himself.....not knowing I was less than 75 yards from him. I was wearing my orange BTW. emoHoppingmad
