im not a pan fisherman so i dont know much about them,come to think of it i dont know much about bass eitheremoLaugh but someone at work today said they wore the bluegill out last week,they said the blugill were back on bed and that they bed (or nest) every full moon,thats the first time that i have heard this,is it true?

It is mostly true. Some of them will bed, pretty much around the full moon, during different months all summer, although it's not like the big spawn in the spring.
