Boat project

[Possum]

Bought this boat, going to make it a bass/flats,backcountry boat out of it. Plan on installing hatches in front deck, rear bench, and glove box in consoul. Replacing electronics at consoul and install up front. Would also like to put powerpole and polling platform in rear. Also need to install onboard charger. Any ideas. Going to sportsman to see what they have.

Have talked to a few people. Going to Ram mount one good Gps/sonar on consoul. Have ordered hatches. On board charger going on tomarrow. Powerpole, jackplate, will have to wait on piggy bank.

Got cushion and horn at sportsman, rest at Wally. I thought sportsman would have more.

Sportsmans sux for boat stuff .. really very little boat accessories in Chattanooga in a reg retail store ... Nichols Marine in Redbank has a pretty good selection of stuff, another is Island Cove has a pretty good selection of accessories .. Dalton Marine and Boats and Motors of Dalton both have good selection of Bass boat parts and Accessories.

Academy is supposed to stock a good bit of boat accessories.. we shall see in a few weeks

Glad i'm not the only one that has issues with S.W. I needed to use $100 gift card last week. Of about ten items on my wish list, they had zero. Ended up buying a pair of costa's just so i could get out of there.

Thanks for info. I have a glove box coming, lied about hatches. Sorry changed mind.(for now) Instead have put coolers in boat for storage. I think this will be a cool boat when finished.

If you dont find what your looking for localy ... ebay is my other fav place to buy stuff .. I bought my Faria Gauges for 120.. they retailed for 600 and where new in the box, my steering wheel was a 300 dollar wheel .. I paid like 30 bucks on ebay new in box!
