Boat Ramp below Nick-a-jack on South Side

There's a boat ramp on the South Side of Nick a Jack dam that I would like to see re-opened. TVA I believe closed the ramp down a couple of years ago due to some much needed repair. It would be much more advatagous for me since I'm living on that side of the river now and it's only 2 minutes from my house. So for now I'm having to drive around to the north side and put in. Does anyone know where I should start on getting the Boat Ramp put back into operation.

Go out on the Dam to see the Lock Master at the Dam, He can guide you to the right Person.
