boat seats

I need to replace or repair the seats on my boat. Can someone tell me is it cheaper to have them reupholstered or to buy new ones? Also, who has the best deal on boat seats?

what type of seats may make difference in the response

The boat is an Ebbtide Dyna-trak 150. The seats are regular fold down back type seats. Not sure if that will help you or not. thanks
