Save your money unless you're just looking for something to do.I've been the past 3 or 4 years and have been dissapointed each time.

Hey Gang, just got back from the boat show and unless you're bored and nothing better to do don't go,Had free passes to go and lots of big boats and maybe 50 bass and fishing boats,Stratos,Skeeter,Bullet,Triton, and tracker there but only 2 tackle dealers there one set up outside and had tons of crappie plastics and heads at a good price and one inside the show had cranks and worm stuff,no electronics set up or accessories for us anywhere,I'm thinking about making a road trip to greenville to the BASS classic tackle show, now that is a freebie dream to go to. Hope this helps some that was asking.

I'm probably going tomorrow nite or Saturday nite.

The other reports we have from southern shows to northern ones, are the same....no sales! Is about 1/2 from last year. ALOT is 2007 on the floors and show rooms! 09s will be out late may/june....Not good!

I've got four tickets to Boat Show I'm probably not going to be able to use. If anybody wants them.... PM me. First-come, first-served. You must come get 'em!

Thanks Richard for the tickets....Here is what I saw...

Lots of boats...not much selling. Best deal in my opinion was Basscat Pantera with ETec 175 for 25K from boats and motors of Dalton, but with no trades which ruled me out.

Tackle dealers had some decent deals. All-Star rods $39, Castaway sport series $39, New daiwa series excelor, magforce and strikeforce reels $10 cheaper than anyone in town. Sexy shad crankbaits all sizes $3.99. XR Series $6.99, Daiwa series vibe baits $4.99.

I did not get their until 8 and they closed at 9.
