I have finally talked the wife into letting me get a boat! Yay! Now I have to find a place to store it. Any recommendations? The cheaper the better! Don't have any room at my house unless there is a way to cram an bass boat with trailer into a garage that barely fits my Tacoma.

you can rent a storage unit for about 110 a month. pretty pricy. you can call this number 423-667-9978, he runs industrial lift truck in soddy but also runs a storage place in bakewell. its a big warehouse type storage, or can leave outside. but he charge me 2 dollars a foot to store my bass boat before i bought a house. it wound up being 40 a month. not sure if he has any room right now or not but worth giving him a call if that aint to far for you to drive

If it isnt against subdivison regulations you can get an aluminum shed installed. I have a couple of friends that use them. You just have to lock stuff up due to thieves.

Measure your rig. From back of motor to the coupler on the trailer. Then measure how much room you need. Sometimes, coming 3 inches up on the tounge of the trailer and converting to a swing tongue works.

My old house had a 20X20 garage. I parked a 20' Javelin in there. Had to trim the motor down and put in in diaginaly. The prop touched one corner and the tounge was in the opposite corner. The 20X20 was the outside measurements. Inside was like 19'6"X19'6"
