This afternoon I went to the Fresh Market and got them to cut me 2 bone-in ribeyes. Fired up the Webber with some Cowboy lump charcoal. While I was seasoning the steaks I put some fresh cut mushrroms and zucuinni "Spelling?" on a grill pan with holes and put them over the hot side. OMG they were awesome. All I did to the steaks was some kosher salt and fresh cracked peppercorn. Cooked them on direct heat and turned them once till they were around med/rare - medium which is how I like a bone-in Ribeye. They were so good. The shrimp I put on indirect heat while the steaks cooked. I've had every steak I think and a bone-in ribeye is the best i think.

Man, them pictures just didn't do em justice. Ne xt time I'll use my good camera instead of the phone camera. actually both of those steaks were meant as one. They cut them very thick and I decided to cut them at home too. After I cut them the were still 1.5 inches thick. Very tasty!
