I had a boneless pork loin that had been in the freezer for a couple months now. Its Memorial Weekend!!! Why not?! So I smoked it for a couple hours. Man its good. As you can see, i ate some of the corner prior to taking the final picture. I couldnt wait. Haha. First time using the smoker this year. Looking forward to doing a lot more this summer. Im sure im not the only person that will post their BBQ this weekend.
