bowtech allegiance

what would be a good price for a bowtech allegiance ? A friend of mine has one for sale and has told me to make an offer so what would be a fair offer ? It is about 3 years old and it is in great shape . So help me out

If it is coming with all accessories, rest, quivers, sight, etc....then I would offer him in the neighborhood of $450-500. Just saw an '05 Allegiance on GON for $450
