Busted seal

Well, looks like I have a busted shaft seal, have some watery looking grease leaking out the top vent. Good news is I saw it before I put it on the water again, so lower unit shouldn't be hurt, ran great the other day. Any suggestions for someone in the Soddy area who can put a new seal in for me? Up till now I've done all my own servicing, but I've never done a shaft seal before. Thanks guys.
