Camping or surgery?

Me and the wife had a trip planned to go camping at Fall creek falls fri night and sat night but the weather channel says 30% rain fri night and 40% sat and noaa says 20% fri and 30% sat. But my doctor also wants to do surgery on me thursday and take my gall bladder out putting me out of commision he said for 2 weeks. Need some help I cant deicde whether I want to go camp and postpone my surgery or what. Advice??? haha Thanks Landon

I've been carrying a bad gall bladder for years. As long as your not having pain and nausea, and can enjoy the trip, postpone the surgery and go camping.

Been there. Spent 11 days in hosp BEFORE they could get me in shape to do the surgery !

GET THE SURGERY DONE !

That can make you too sick to move ... and do so in a matter of hours.

Well Im having the surgery and then camp later. Not what I would have rather do by anymeans haha. I've had this now for 6 months and the pain just keeps getting worse and has also caused me to have pluracy and trouble getting deep breaths especially at night sleeping. My wife says Im just hardheaded and stubborn. They said they are doing it laproscopicaly with just the small holes and everyone I know that has had that was back to work in a few days but the dr told me i would be out for 2 weeks? And I cant drive or go up and down ladders either.
