a few weeks ago on saturday, i was down there. they were having an outdoor concert on the pier. i tied up and went to eat. no problems probly 20 other small boats tied up as well. i saw a number to call for docking. but i didnt. dont think anyone else was either. you know what they say, easier to ask forgiveness than permission!
