Caney Fork Question

Hey guys my uncle and I are planning on going to the Caney Fork this next wed - thur. Can any answer a few questions for me? First of all I was wanting to know if i can put a 19 foot aluminum boat with a 90 etec or if i need to plan on just taking the 16 foot flat bottom with trolling motor. Next question is this a good time to go to a) catch some limits b) have a chance to catch a trophy brown or rainbow. Also if anyone can give me some places to put in and fish to have a good time i would appreciate it. Thanks Dusty

I only live about 3 miles from the ramp at 111. I think he is talking about going below Center Hill Dam to trout fish. No trout to speak of on Caney Fork above Center Hill. Tons below Center Hill due to year round stocking.
