We had 45 boats on a rather pleasant day. Only 19 weighed-in and only 6 of them had a three fish limit. My partner and I threw everything at them and couldn't manage a keeper. I saw two 5 lbers cruising and parked a jerk bait in front of them, just for them to turn their noses in the other direction and swim away slowly. They were within 30 yards of each other and definitely different fish. We were in the right place, obviously not at the right time. emoBang emoBang Best catch of the day was a 240 lber - grabbed my partner as he lost his balance and was headed for a bath.

Great weights on what I felt was a really tough day.

Tough day it was... we blanked for the first time in a while. Couldn't get anything going, fished a lot of different areas with a lot of different baits. Finally slowed down with a jig and got a couple hits that never ate it. Probably drum. Congrats to all who placed, especailly the top three, impressive bags on such a tough day IMO.
