CATCH at Watts Bar results 4/19

Tournaments were plentiful today. We only had 9 boats (we count folks not boats though) (18 people) participate today. Jonathan Moore and Bobby Payne had a total eight of 10 lbs. 6 ozs. with big fish of the day also at 5 lbs. 7 ozs. Steve Taylor and myself finished 2nd with 7 lbs 8 ozs. I had a 5+ come unbuttoned under the boat, but close only counts in horseshoes and dynamite. We caught fish on everything today - spinner baits, chatter baits, shaky head, crankbaits & jerk baits. Our fish were 6'-10' deep and 99.9% were around a stump or a brushpile. We fished near Blue Springs and Bayside. Hope to see you guys on May 17th at HBSP.

Vern and I had A great time fishing with the CATCH team again. We caught at least 50 fish, all came on lipless c/bs and s/bs couldn't get them to touch anything else. The only fish we had was a 4#2oz small mouth. Maybe we'll do better next time. The water we fished was 60-63 degrees, and fish were in 1-5 feet of water.emoBigsmile
