How deep on avg. is cave lake at the Nick a Jack dam.

There's a lot of shallow and fairly deep water but would be affraid of an average attempt. I used to love the road bed but a couple years ago. the bait and bite was almost non-existant. I just gave up on it but it's had plenty of time to get back to normal, don't know

I'm with the above poster. It's really tough to average it out. There is both shallow and deep all over it. Is there a particular spot you are interested in?

I have done very well in the creek channel that flows through the middle of the slough from the bridge. The Channel can be anywhere from 15ft to 5ft.

I know there are some that are 19 - 20 ft. Never got real close to the cave, but the far side by the towers can get pretty shallow.
