The Chattanooga Bass Association would like to thank H & J Heating and Air for sponsoring this month’s event as well as supporting the CBA for many years. We had 60 teams that fished this month’s tournament. Cash and prizes were paid through 40 places and there was a drawing for two Carrot Stik Rods from Soddy Custom Tackle.

<font color="#000099" size="2"> The team of Andy Parkinson and Jonathan Rayburn had the winning bag of fish weighing 18.72# to take the win and the first place check for $2,000.00. The win qualifies them for the 2009 Sportsman’s Warehouse Classic Championship if they fish at least 7 of the open tournament months. They are also leading the points race in the 84 Lumber New Team of the Season which is worth $500. The following teams rounded out the remainder of the places in the money:

Well....will you look at that... emoEek there must be another guy with the same name as Bbass. In the 11th spot there is a Billy Bouymaster in the money and you know that can't be our Bbass...he is never in the money on a CBA. emoPoke Concrats to all the winners on a tough day to have a good weight. emoWorthy Jmax

Geee... thanks Jim! :) We were holding down 3rd until the tail end of the 2nd group weighed in. Lots of small weights today. Our finish should move us up in points a bit. Hopefully Oct will be good to us too.

Congrats to all the teams in the $$$$. Super tough day for us. I personally do not know the winners, great bag for a tough day good to see some new faces in the Jam Ups Hot Seat.

I may start putting our sponsor appreciation flyer's online also.

Coleman basically designed them last year so we can give them out to our sponsors and I've carried that load for CBA this year. They look really good and give you a couple of pics with a list of the winners per month and tournament.

Looking back through the year...Ive taken atleast 1000 pictures so far. I hope everyone has enjoyed looking at what we've put on the site.

Congrats Andy and Jonathan its good to see yall kick butt emoWorthy , its nice not having to fish for 2nd to you guys in Tristate.

Well Jonathan and I finally put a good tournament together. We have been working hard this year and to finally win a CBA feels great. The CBA guys put together an exceptional tounament. We appreciate all the work that goes into running this trail. The bite yesterday was slow but we sacrificed numbers looking for big fish and it worked out. Most fish were caught early including the 6.95 lber. After that we broke off 3 large fish trying to upgrade and we just knew that those lost fish would cost us the win. The key fish came with 45mins left to go in the touney with a 4lb fish that put our sack close to 19 lbs. With what it has been taking to win the CBA all year we thought we would do well at weigh in but didn't think our weight would hold up. Our goal as a team this year was to win a CBA and it took countless hours of time on the water. To be able to say that we beat the best competition on the lake at least for a day is priceless. Thanks to all, Andy Parkinson

You guys did a great job yesterday Andy. Its been fun competing with you in the new team division also. Teddy and I were on your heels early but that didnt last long..LOL.

Congrats on a well deserved win.

Congratulations to you and your partner Andy on the win and awesome season you have had. Yall figured it out on a day when alot of people seemed to have a tough day on the water. Great job guys!

Just talked to Andy and they were running a Stratos Boat which qualifies them for Stratos bonus money. Stratos has a double your awards program for the CBA tournament winners, so they will be receiving an extra $2,000 for their win Saturday from Stratos Boats.
