Today was a successful day for the Chattanooga Crappie Club and the Forgotten Child Fund due to the efforts and hard work of a ton of folks. Let me recognize those I remember but please forgive me if I've forgotten anyone.Their sponsorship, donations, calls, hard work, ALL efforts were appreciated more than words can say.

A HUGE thank you to: Chattanooga Crappie Club,Action Alarms of Chattanooga, Tow Boatus, Mobile Paintworks, KZ106, Talk Radio 102.3, CWA Local 3802, Crappie Dawgs, Gun Works of Cleveland, Academy Sports & Outdoors, Bryden's Market, Soddy Daisy Custom Bait & Tackle, Sportsman's Warehouse, DJ's Marine Electronics, Chattanooga Labor Council, Marion Environmental, Industrial Solutions,& Kelly Simmons, Forgotten Child Fund President. Thank you also to the East TN Crappie Club forparticipating today with 5 boats from their club to help with this wonderful cause. WE appreciate each of you.

A final total hasn't been givenof the amount we helped raise but it was over $6000 for sure. This money will help so many children this Christmas which was the whole point of this tournament. Thank you to all those that won today and donated their winnings back to the children. That was a very honorable thing to do and touched many there today, especially Kelly who was teary eyed every time someone gave back. What you do matters and I'm proud to be part of a club that helps so many without hesitation.

We had 35 boats come outtoday, our biggest participation to date. Outstanding job to each fisherman/woman that participated today under less than favorable conditions. Why can't it justbe easy sometimes? With overcast skies, little current at times and few or no bigthumps happening,a 7 lb fishlimit won it for the day. I'll post the first 12 places since those won prizes (heavy on the pics so be prepared).
