Wear your life jackets and safety cut offs please. Pay Attention to those around you. Keep tight lines!!

Yes we will be collecting tokens as you return to HBSP. YOU MUST BE INSIDE THE NO WAKE ZONE BY 3PM!!!! There will be a 2-3 minute grace period to get to weigh in on time, but again, you must be inside the no wake zone before the 2 minute grace runs out. Someone will more than likely be at the end of the dock collecting tokens as you return

What qualifies members to fish these events? Also my son is coming in from college this weekend he is not a member. Can he fish with me if I am eligible?

You two will be fine to fish it. There is a 150 post minimum per boat but you also get 2 free passes where the post requirments do not apply. So sign up and we'll see you two at the ramp Saturday morning! emoUSA

** 150 CFF Posts PER BOAT
Qualified Member - Any CFF member who has accumulated a minimum of 150 posts in any category at time of sign-up.
Qualified Team - Any team consisting of a minimum of 150 posts in any combination between the two anglers.

* Exception - "Two pass Rule"

Each team participating in any 2009 CFF Bass TX, shall have a total of 150 CFF posts, in any combination between the two anglers. This can consist of one member with 150 posts and a guest with 0 posts. Additionally, any CFF member lacking 150 posts ("NON-Qualified member" will be allowed to participate by using one of two free passes. This means that a member with less than 150 posts may fish two TX’s with another non-qualified member or guest. Both non-qualified members and the guest will have used their free passes. The "non-qualified members" will be encouraged to enjoy the fun and fellowship and contribute back to CFF by posting and the guest will be encouraged to join and contribute. Any new members (non-qualified) should print their user profile and present it with their driver’s license at sign-in.

* No Live Bait, No Trolling, No Locking Through

* Numbered tokens will be drawn for each boat at sign-in. This token is the responsibility of each team through out the tournament and must be returned prior to designated deadline. Any lost or unreturned tokens will result in zero weight for both anglers.

* Official Tournament Deadline will be pre-determined before blast-off. Additionally, “token return” instructions will be given at sign-in. Any team wishing to weigh fish, are required to return their token prior to deadline. There may be a two minute grace period invoked for some ramps, for safety reasons. Committee members will be present to assist this process.

* Dead Fish - 1/2 Pound Per dead fish. No More Than 2 dead fish can be weighed per boat. If a boat possesses 3 or more dead fish, they will only be allowed to weigh their LIVE fish.

** POINTS

* Points will be earned by each team's total weight. Example - 18.42 lbs gives you and your partner 18.42 points. Points are kept INDIVIDUALLY throughout the year, but you will earn points at each event, based on the TEAM TOTAL WEIGHT.
Example:
Joe and John partner in a TX and have a total of 18 lbs. They each earn 18 points. The next event, Joe and John fish with different partners. Joe and his partner weigh in 20 lbs and John and his partner weigh in 8 pounds. For the last 2 events, Joe has a combined total of 38 points and John has a total of 26 points.

* A year-end point’s champ will be crowned at the Classic, as well as a trophy for the biggest fish of the year.

* The best of 7 Tourmanents will define your points for the Point's Championship

** CLASSIC –

* The year end Classic will have Double Entry Fees, which also brings a Double Pay Scale.

* To qualify, one must fish AT LEAST 5 out of the 9 regular season events.

* Both anglers have to qualify to fish the Classic

* There will be a Classic Champ, a Points Champ, and a Big Fish Champ awarded at the Classic, AFTER THE WEIGH-IN

** SPECIES –

* 12" Spotted bass - 15" Largemouth - 18" Smallmouth

* Brown is Brown. There are some smallmouth that contain a tooth patch, but a brown fish is a smallmouth

* A spot qualifies as being green, and has a tooth patch

* A fish still in question will be voted on at the weigh-in. Committee members will make final decision

** SAFETY –

* Participants are encouraged to abide by all state and federal regulations and take all necessary precautions to provide for their safety. At the discretion of the tournament committee, any event may be postponed, shortened, or cancelled due to unsafe conditions including weather. It remains the decision of the participants, as to whether conditions are safe and suitable.

** DISTANCE-

* 50 yard rule when competing in a CFF tournament. Unless waved over, stay outside a judgment distance of 50 yards.
