CFF no. 11 the Chickamauga, November 1, 2014, Final results

We had 28 teams to sign up for the CFF no. 11, but only ten boats of tough, brave, serious, determined, dedicated, manly type fishermen (and one brave fisherwomen) showed up this morning at the CFP ramp to challenge Mother Nature, Old Man Winter and the Bass! We did have some snow flurries this lovely morning and it was a little bit windy to say the least. But thank you all that participated in this, the last of the CFF Txs. of 2014. Obliviously you people didn't have anything better to do today or you are simply a demented, obsessed, and dedicated angler and just wasn't thinking straight this morning! I wasn't either! Possibly it was a sugar high hangover from Halloween that clouded our minds and kept us all from thinking clearly. I kept thinking over and over this morning ... I could be at home ... in a warm bed ... oh well, what ever the excuse, we all deserve a hall pass! So there! I'm sure that dropshot will have the final AOY point standings calculated and posted a little later. The Tx. Committee will soon announce the year end CFF Classic lakes and ramps for Nov. 15th and 16th for those that have qualified to fish the two day event. It's once again been a fun 2014 trail year for me and I hope so for you too. Thank you all that participated this year. </p>

emoWorthy Congrats to you all for going and making it back in one piece. I went by the water on 58 and I swear the waves looked to be about three footers crashing into the rocks along the road. emoEek A special congrats to Seth and Mickey, I thought after what I found yesterday that someone would get on them good and it appears they did. Great job!

Thanks to the committee for their hard work and putting these on so the rest of us could just enjoy the fishing and participation. Good year. emoThanks Jmax

yep a very good ran tx trail.we fishes most of them this year but didn't do worth a flip but still had a good time.my pardner and i have parted ways so don't know about next year.just have to wait and see what happens.congrats to the ones that braved the weather.

Maybe I can fish 1 or 2 out of the back of your boat next year in the Harrison dogfights . I can afford to fish a few of those if nothing changes. emoGeezer
