CFF no. 9 HB Friday July 15th

I saw a message about us possibly changing our blast off to 7:45 pm to avoid the HB Summer Night Series Tx's. that is also scheduled to go off at 8 pm.. That is fine with me but my main concern is the weigh in and loading at 2 am. Both Tx's. loading and trying to weigh in at the same time? That's going to be a big mess! Even if we went over to the HB picnic area to weigh in like we do in the day Tx's. the loading at the ramp will be congested to say the least. I think that one of Tx's. needs to come at 3 pm. What do you guys think? Do you want me to see if I can get Tin and Charlie to delay their weigh in an hour? I don't think that they would mind.

I have talked with Tim and Charlie. If we move to CFP they will keep their regular schedule hours of 8 pm 2 am. If we decide to go out of HB at 7:45 p then they will move to have their weigh in to 3pm. I thought that was nice of them. So what do we want to do so I can let them know?

If theres not another tournament going out of cfp id say we move over there to stay away from the harrison bay ramp congestion.

I changed it on the sign-up post. I say go with 7:45 so we don't run into each other on blast off.
