The 3rd Annual Chattanooga Bass Bug Classic will be held this June 9 & 10. It is the only multi-day tournament of its kind anywhere in the country as anglers fly fish for bass on a 5-fish daily creel limit similar to conventional events. Tournament entry fee is $300 per boat/team. Proceeds of tournament go to the Chambliss Childrens Home & Shelter in Chattanooga. Original artwork, fishing gear, and cash-pot payouts are awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Big Fish placers. Tournament is based out of Raccoon Mtn. Boat Ramp where flights are launched at daybreak both mornings and weigh-ins are made in the afternoons.
