MMMMmmmm so that is what you look like. I like the mask better!emoPoke emoLaugh Naw,..it is a much better picture. Those are some nice weights, I hope we fair as good on ours. It would be nice to have a couple come in with a 20+ lb wieght. Now that is some good fish and more what I am use to seeing from those guys. That is why I do not fish with them. Go on that one and get kicked, than when it is over no one will tell you anything so you just gave a donation and learned nothing. I like our more talkative bunch.emoWorthy Jmax

I don't know what the winners did but there are usally two or three baits that typically do well at night. Big spinnerbaits, worms, and jigs. I really believe right now location is the key. There are other lures and patterns that will work, but I try to key on cover, a break w/ deep water close by(usually on main river or creek channel), and bait. Everywhere we caught fish Sat. night, bait was scattered all over the screen. We keyed on areas 8-15ft deep. Spinnerbait took the largest 3, 1 on jig, and smallest on big worm. Almost all bites came on the fall on the spinnerbait, with the jig and worm worked slow in cover.

Thanks for the information Eric (Dec1) and congrats on the 6th place finish. You going to make the CFF next weekend for our night Tx???? Plus 16 is a good weight for most tournaments and it looks like we will be paying out at least four or five places again.emoCool Jmax

If I do it will be a last minute deal. I probably wouldn't do too well. I reported earlier in the week practicing I only had 10-11lbs. and fished til 1 am that night. Those same areas I returned to Sat. night and caught two around three and several other 2 1/2-3/4lbs that wouldn't cull after 2:00 am. The biggest 4lbs came around 3:30 am.
