Tournament will be held at Chester Frost Boat Ramp from 7:00am until 2:00pm. You do not have to wait to launch (unless you want to for safe light). NO ONE begins fishing until 7:00am. This is based on the honor system and ANY ONE caught cheating will be disqualified immediately.
