<div> emoAngler Yes, we had our CCC tournament today despite the wind, cold weather and yes even snow flurries.</div><div></div><div> emoWorthy Outstanding showing of brave fishermen & womengetting out there before it was bright (just early) and catching huge fish (every fish was huge in my book after fishing in that weather). We had 10 boats brave the cold and almost everyone came back to weigh in with their 7-fish limit - great job! emoWelcome We did have two new teams come out and boy did you pick the coldest day to join in the fun - but we were very happy to have you and you're welcome anytime. </div><div></div>

Our WINNERS were CCC President,Mike Johnson and his partnerNick Long - total weight of 9 lbs .90 oz and Big fish coming in at 1 lb .75oz. </p>

Second place winners were Jim Minor and David East - 8 lbs .62 oz.</p>

I hope everyone warmed back up and isn't too soreafter trying to stand up in the waves the wind caused.Great job to everyone again - my hat is off to each of you (I can say that nowthat I'm warm haha). </p>

RiverRat - the fish were ok, we were the frozen ones! Dang it was a tough day out there. I'm not sure how you folks have fished under such conditions but as a newbie I'm not a fan of the bad/cold/crazy weather.

This was mine and my partners first tourney together with you guys.....I have to say we really had a great time and was welcomed by all with some good laughs and ribbing from the very start. If you havent fished one of these and like to catch crappie and have a good time come out and join in on the fun. I fish a lot of bass tournaments and after fishing all day me and my partner commented on how we didnt feel the pressure like we do when fishing a bass tournament. It was just a good time and everyone was laughing and just having fun despite the cold weather.

BMANN it was great to have you guys come out and join us. We are glad you had fun despite the weather too. We like the competition of course but not to the point of not having fun and getting together with fellow fishermen and swapping stories. We sure hope you guys come back again, anytime.

I got to fish with bmann it was my first crappi tx, we had a blast. Wish it had been a little warmer but over all it was a great time, btw the baits you gave away worked fine. Thanks for putting this on and for making us feel welcome. We will be back.
