My neighbor has a 14-foot aluminum boat that has seen hard times. It has some very healthy dents in it, but he says it is watertight.
If somebody is pretty handy and wants a cheap "project boat," it could probably be made seaworthy. Bang the dents out, slap a small outboard on it and it would make someone a good "starter vessel," or maybe a small-water duck hunting boat.
No trailer included.
