Check out the new boat from BassCat

I know there are several members on here who like the Skiff style boats that have no carpet and are used mainly in the inland waterways. BassCat has came out with another awesome new boat that I think alot of people may be interested in. They will be releasing the boat in January at a boat show in Houston. It will be available in both a 16' and a 18' models and both have a full fiberglass construction and will have a galvanized trailer so they will be saltwater safe. It should be priced pretty aggressively to the competition that is out there and it should be a great boat.

I would be interested to hear back from some of the local guys who fish for catfish and stripe that like this style of boat.

Well this is the prototype phase of the boat. Once it is in production it will have all the features added to it. I am not sure of the HP specs as it is not out for final production yet.

No I do not work for them nor am I sponsored by them. It is just a new boat that they are working on and it is a popular boat for stripe fisherman and costal waterways. BassCat builds a quality boat and this new boat should be one of the best built bay boats out there.
