I do not know who has the best deals, but it's like everything else folks buy. You get what you pay for!! Meaning - buy the best you can afford so it does not break down while still new and you loose more in food than you paid for the freezer.
Check with rent to own stores for like new returns with great savings. Scratch and dent sales and show room display are great ways to save on new appliances too. Just ask the stores if they have them. Lowe's and Sears sometimes have new scratch and dent items on discount.
