I drove by CFP today and the lake is a sheet of ice with a trail to open water where 1 brave soul had broke the ice to wet a line I guess...

At about 3:20 pm, I saw a 2nd brave sole in a bass rig idling out the broken up trail out towards the river. Soddy creek was iced over too. Should be gone by late tomorrow i'd guess.

I guess a kayak would just skate across right now. Maybe I could hook the black lab up for propulsion instead of a paddle. Lol.
Naw, I think I'll wait a few more weeks. I hate wintertime.

I saw him also, I know who that was and he's probably on the water as much as anybody can be

The ice should melt off soon with these warmer and bright sunny days.

Grasshopper was that way this morning, a trail through the ice to the river.
