First time out this year and it was COLD ! Put in at Grasshopper and went down river to the nuclear plant . Fished a
Rattletrap and caught my first keeper of the year . About 2 lbs. Then two 14 incher's on the same bait . Moved to another spot that had some deep rocks and caught my next keeper on one of RangerRobs jigs . That one was about
3 lbs. Lost two good fish there also but never seen them so I don't know what they were . The wind really got up after that and all we could get were a few little ones . Water tem. was 43.2 where we was at .
