All I have to say is WIND emoBang It just about blew me off the river. Went to Sequoyah looking for Smallmouth. I caught 2 spots <12 and 1 largemouth NO KEEPER. Then the trolling motor decided it wanted to go home. Wind and no trolling motor ment home and yard work.

Sounds like a tough day. Was the battery bad or not charged or was it your motor?

Does sound like a tough day on the water. It's not real windy here in N. Ga. Was it just gusty or sustained winds that blew you all around the lake? I hate days like that where you get up early and are back before 11am

After 10 the winds never stopped.

It was my motor, I could not turn it. It is fixed now and tried it Monday. I'll post report in a minute.
