Hit Chickamauga around 3:45 today and really only fished one spot near the islands in Harrison Bay. The shad were there by the billions and the bass were right with them. It took me a little bit to get a hit and had to switch up baits. Finally put on old faithful when they are behaving like this, a 1/8 oz spinnerbait. I only caught about 6 before leaving at 6pm. I caught mostly keepers in water less than 3 feet deep, water temp was 60. I caught the fish on a fluke, a Lew's Rattle bait (ratl trap), and the 1/8 oz spinner. It was absolutely beautiful out today.
