Went with Neighbor Hal. Launched at Soddy creek about 6:30 AM, went upriver to fish docks. Started with top water. Caught a 15 1/4" keeper on a Pop'R right away and a couple of smaller fish before switching to Plastics. Wound up catching about 20 total with two other keepers. Largest about 2 1/2 lbs on a TN shad 300 Bandit. Hal caught that and 1 other fish. It's my usual story with Hal. I catch the most and he catches the largest. I caught a couple on a white with lavender back Bandit (sorry TT, Didn't mean to two-time you). Caught several on a 4" Lake Fork craw w/ slider head. (not the tube) Caught a 2 lb smallmouth on a finesse worm on a slider head (that was my most fun fish). Quit at 11:30. I'm liking the slider head a lot.
