Before the lower unit went out, Drum Master and myself started fishing around 7:30pm Friday evening and the first spot we stopped at produced around 15 largemouth (sorry did not keep an exact count). It was a post spawn river hump near the channel toward the middle to lower end of the lake. We caught a couple on Carolina rig, about 6 on DD22's and the rest on silver buddy and rattle trap. Oh, and corn dogs of course. The fish were in about 15 ft of water. Three or four known keepers and a couple that were real close.
After dark we moved to the secret hole where Perchjerker had to tow us from and we caught about 4 drum off of corn dogs and tube jigs. One or two bass, nothing major. The depth was about 10 ft. there.
