Chick TVA discharge CFS?

At what level of CFS do you guys consider the lake as having a current sufficient enough to affect how the bass position themselves and to potentially have a better bite?
I have been checking the TVA site everyday and it seems like lately they are averaging anywhere from just over 7000CFS to 7700CFS. A time or two I have seen where it has jumped up in the 9's and even 11's I think.

Man the current has not been very good b/c it has been so dry this year. I like 24,000 I remember one year the flw was here and it was running at close to 50,000 and that was a little to much.

25-40,000 Is pretty optimal. If the weather stays hot and dry and no flow it'll get tough

Depends on what they are pushing through watts bar. I've seen the fish turn on at 10k. As long as they are pulling more through chick than watts you will have some current.

OK so I need to pay attention to not only the outflow but also the inflow to determine if there will be any current. Thanks for the thoughts fellas!
