Fished below the dam for 2 hours before sunset and did not even get a sniff...trolled crankbaits SUPER slow and some redfins in the tailraces...nothing..water was high but no fish that wanted what we had....water temp was 47F..gonna be cold tonight and in the morning emoRolleyes

Sounds like one day they are on and the next nothing...that report reminds me of the last trip we took below the Dam. One of these days I hope to find out where they are hiding on days like that, maybe up in or near a feeder creek or in a deep hole I have yet to find. One things for sure, you never know if you are not out giving it a try!
