Well, fished Chickamauga again today, probably will be the last time up that way for a while--the change was nice.
Tried below Sequoyah, but couldn't get in good areas due to other boats. I hit the water about an hour too late to get a good position. No luck.
Drifted downstream. Briefly hooked what appeared to be a largemouth, but didn't get a good hookset (bitsy flip jig--the only decent Strike King lure).
Went down past dallas bay and fished off of Gold Point. Tossed C-Rig, no takers. Hit shallow deadfalls with a Bagley shallow runner and finally had a keeper. Caught a non-keeper spot in the same area. Had a follow.
1 pm: Sun broke through clouds. Decided it was time for me to head home.
