Well, well, well. I frigging hate wind. I don't know what I was thinking, well, yeah I do. I thought the pre frontal conditions would have the bass pretty active, and they may have been but the 3 foot whitecaps kinda prevented me from getting to where I wanted to go. I wasn't even out for 1.5 hours before I got fed up. I did have a nice bass come almost out of the water after my jig and he did get the trailer emoBang just no hook.
I launched at Harrison Bay and hardly got out of the cove. I wanted to go to Wolftever but the ramp there is just laughable this time of year. (I heard they might quit charging for a launch).
Anyway, I'm starting to wonder if any of my hooks have points or if my trolling motor just sounds like fingernails raking across a chalkboard, scaring everything for 100 yards away.
