Going to the Chick Saturday wondering if anyone had any tips on what to use any advise will be helpful!! emoThanks

Yep any new advice would be helpful, Brandon (Bassfisher17), my mom, and I are going tomorrow. So far, my plan is to fish really shallow with crankbaits or countdowns. That because the sun will be out tomorrow and the fish will look for the warmest water...

But if that's not a good GAMEPLAN, some advice would be helpful!

Kevin I would think countdowns would work fine, but don't overlook Spinner Baits, Chatter Baits, or Rattletraps if you find fish in water that is a little deeper. I think they'll be pretty shallow for the most part soaking up the sun and the bait fish!

I was amazed how many were hitting top-water last night. All busting threadfins of course!

Thanks! Countdowns will be the lure of chioce to start with... If not, we'll start throwing some soft plastics such as super flukes. If that doesn't work for a while we'll bring out the Spinnerbaits! But what color spinnerbait should we use?
