I got to try out the Primo grill again today, I cooked chicken leg quarters and chicken breasts, they turned out perfect. I put some McCormic pork rub on them, I also skinned the chicken. I cooked 10 pounds of leg quarters and 5 pounds of breasts. When we ate them I used some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce to dip the meat in. This chicken was ausum, best i have ever eat. I cooked everything at one time and the grill was full, I cooked them at 275 degrees for one hour. (brother Cheez gave me the instructions) so if you ever need some cooking instructions for anything on the grill, cheez is your man. The pic below shows the chicken minus 2 leg quarters and one huge breast, the chef and chefette done those in a few minutes a go.</p>
