choosing the right prop

I have a 1998 19ft Triton with a 175 johnson ficht with a 186 gear case, I am trying to find out how to choose a prop for my motor and boat or if any one has any ideal what i might need. I don't know if it makes a different but I also have a 6'' jack plate.
