Bass Assassin Lures and Tony and Darlene Pardue were the foundation to make this tournament happen, cannot express enough thanks!

We had 26 boats join us for a great day of fishing. There were several big bass weighed in and I cannot say enough thanks to Teddy Owensby, Shane Frazier, Justin Medley, and Randy Pippin for taking care of these fish. When we left 2 hours after the weigh in, I walked the banks and didn't see any fresh bass floating anywhere(were a few already there that morning). The big bass of the tourney was struggling, so my buddy Richard Colville swam out to the fish to help revive it, he worked with it for a few, but they had to bring it in to fizz it. Fish care was a priority for this tournament, thank you to everyone for taking care of your fish.

1st Place: Jim McLanahan and Derek McCollough 18.31# BF 7.25# $1,000
2nd Place: Billy Skidmore and Allen Cochran 15.98# BF 8.22# $300

5th Place: Tony Pardue and Jess Wardout 10.88# BF 7.13#
6th Place: Louie Bartenfield and Chris Hight 10.60#

Overall Big Fish:9.38# Tommy Patton and Jason Hudson 2 Denali Rods from Action Alarms

The real winners of this tournament are the Singletons! Private donations, raffle tickets, entry fees, and after paying out $1,500.... we were able to hand this family $5,795 in cash and checks. This was a life changing event folks. For everyone that helped with this tournament, you should feel pretty good about yourselves, because we did something special yesterday!!!! I hate to say it....but if you missed the tourney yesterday...you missed something very special! I cannot tell you how many prizes we gave away yesterday as well, it was a great day. We will add more photos to this thread as they come available. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO ATTENDED AND HELPED MAKE THIS A SUCCESSFUL TOURNAMENT!

Seth , I know I just keep repeating myself but you are the man ! Folks , he has worked his azz off on this tournament and the proof is in the pudding ! I'm proud of you buddy and everyone else that helped out at the tournament . You should all be very proud !

Seth, good job on putting this together. I didnt get to fish yesterday, but I did make the weigh in with my two boys (ages 5 and 8). They liked seeing the big bass that were caught. They kept asking where were uncle porkchops big bass at? I just had to say they were allready back in the water!!! As it started to rain, porkchop got in the car with me and the boys. As we sat there, I explained why all these people came out to fish this tournament. Not for the money, or the prizes, but to help someone in a difficult time in their life. Porkchop explained to them that illnesses dont discriminate. They can happen to anyone at any time. On our ride home, we talked more about how in life we always think "me, me, me", but dont always think of others, and how important it is to help others in need and how it can make you feel good to help someone else. We need more good things like this in our world today. Thank you to all that participated in this and all that put it together. Not only did you help a cool little kid named tater, but you helped me teach my boys about helping others!

Great job Seth for all the work you did. Congrats on all the great bags to all the winners.

Good folks helping good folks!! Just the way it should be. Thanks Seth for inviting myself and Gary to fish. It's really an honor to know good people like Seth and Richard and all the others that helped out. Best wishes 2 Tater and his family.
