Close call

I was fishing yesterday I just came out of the weeds my Ultrex trolling motor was on high . I put on spot lock and ended up in the lake after what seemed an eternity I made it back in the boat. This was the closest I have ever came to death. Be careful out there.

You should get you one of those belt lifejackets for when you are actually fishing! May save your life one day brother!

So sorry about your accident but thanks for reminding us how things can happen really fast. I wear the belt pfd while in the boat in the summer because the vest gets too hot. You hardly know you have it on.

I wear one of the self inflating type II's. I'd rather be too hot than too dead!!!!!!!!!!!!
