WASHINGTON-Two commercial fisherman pleaded guilty Friday in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt, Maryland, to violations of the Lacey Act, the federal law that prohibits individuals from transporting, selling or buying illegally harvested fish, in this case striped bass or rockfish, the Justice Department announced.</p>
