I just completer my comp test on my 91 200xp evanrude all cyls but 2 read 90 lbs the first was 89 the last was91 .so thats pretty good wright? cranked all the same cranks 6 times around. what should they read. that engine power head was rebuilt 5 years ago.along with the foot.it was new.emoScratch emoCool
 
Breeze how many hours do you have on that power head. It should be a little higher then that. It might need a good decarb but with them being that close it seems more like wear to me but a little more info like the hours used on it will help dertmine this closer.
 
Breeze, anything that is even is good but anything above a hundred is acceptiable. I like it when they are at about 120 or better. It really depends on the amount of hours on the motor. With what you go it will run okay but will be a little harder to start. I would do a good decarb and it may bring them up another 10 pounds. But don't get to flusterated just yet there is still some good life left in the old gal. It will need to be kept tuned real regular to keep it where it will start good.
