After reading Mr. Wiskers report about Raccoon Mtn., I had to check it out. Neighbor Hal went with me. We started fishing a little before 3:00 pm and stayed until about 6:30.

We went upriver and wasted about an hour then came back and fished the rip-rap at the Pump Station.

I can't remember a time when we stuck so many fish but couldn't get them in the boat. We probably had 40 fish on but only put 7 spaats and 2 big redeyes in the livewell.

Most came on 4" grubs in green pumpkin and white with a few on a chatterbait. Water temp was 66 degrees. Little or no current, but plenty of wind.

I know, I'm due a new Panama!!
